In order to travel to Jeff's Palm Resort in Mozambique, you
need to obtain the following:

Visa -
NOT required by SA citizens with SA passports. Foreign passport holders can purchase at the border or Inhambane airport. |
|
|
Letter of authority if the driver of a
vehicle is not the registered owner of it, e.g. company
vehicle or still on HP. |
|
|
3rd Party Insurance - available at
border. |
|
Fuel – available every 150km on route and ATM machines found at border, Xai-Xai and Inhambane. |
Take along:

Driver's license (SA acceptable) |

|
Original registration documents for
vehicle and/or boat, trailer, caravan. |

|
Authenticated copies acceptable. |
|
|
Affix yellow triangle on blue
background to front of all vehicles towing boats,
trailers or caravans and to rear of towed trailer. |
Precautions:

|
Malaria. Keep in mind that you will be
traveling through Malaria infested areas.

Always wear safety belts and do not
exceed speed limits. |

|
Tap water at the resort is safe for
drinking, but it is advisable to drink only bottled
water whilst traveling. |
