PADI 5 Star Scuba Diving Resort In Mozambique
Jeff's Pro Dive Centre, 450km North of Maputo and 20km south of Inhambane , on the stunning beach of Praia do Jangamo, is perfectly positioned to dive some of the most exciting dive sites in the world.
Inhambane province is home to the largest recorded concentration of resident Manta Rays in the world. These beautiful, graceful creatures are present all year round and visit our local reefs in order to carry out their essential cleaning process.
Manta Reef, the most famous dive site in Southern Africa, is just a 20-minute boat ride away, with 3 registered Manta Ray cleaning stations, countless schooling reef fish, moray eels of every variety and inquisitive potato groupers. Your dives at Manta Reef are guaranteed to delight and the memories will stay with you forever.
Southern Mozambique is also home to one of greatest known populations of whale sharks in the world. The largest fish in the ocean cruise near the sureface in our shallow waters, 12 months a year, and sightings are common on ocean safaris, snorkelling trips and even on the boat ride to our dive sites.
Snorkelling with these gentle giants of the ocean, under the supervision of our experienced skippers and divemasters, is a once in a lifetime experience and will be a special memory for both divers and non-divers alike.
As a PADI 5* Gold Palm Instructor Development Centre (IDC) we specialise in offering all PADI courses, up to and including PADI instructor (OWSI), and also PADI Manta Ray and Whale Shark speciality courses. If you are interested in Profesional Go Pro courses in Mozambique visit our dedicated Go Pro Website - www.go-pro-mozambique.com - otherwise read the information beneath on our PADI scuba diving courses.
The dive centre is DAN accredited and a DANSA Safety Partner, all DM's are certified oxygen providers and dives are taken under the strict control of our highly qualified and experienced skippers and PADI dive masters & PADI instructors.
We keep our groups small, with no more than 6 fun divers per instructor/dm and no more than 4 students per instructor. Each dive trip usually has two staff members on board, in order to give upmost care to the group and to maintain our impeccable safety record.
